All items in the RFP Merch Store are produced on demand after you place your order. Because we custom print on demand, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will gladly assist in getting a replacement to you in the event of a damaged or misprinted item. According to our supplier, sizing may vary up to 2″ from what is posted in the size charts. We will be unable to process a return or replacement exchange for any items that are purchased as the wrong size.
